  3. Hello. Heard about this diet from my sister. Went online to research and came upon your sight. Very good job you have done here!

    I live in Nigeria though. I don’t know how easy it will be to get the protein bars or powders. But might I ask:

    1. Is it necessary that I have these proteins and why is this so?

    2. Did you say one could replace the protein bar with a chocolate bar?

      Thanks for your kind message and here are my answers:

      1. Is it necessary that I have these proteins and why is this so?
      >> Dr Delabos, the creator of this diet, says that you must eat these protein if you do the Starter diet because it will bring you all the missing elements your body needs throughout the day with the reduced quantities you eat. Therefore, if you don’t take them, you may find yourself a bit tired. I think it also not to make you crave for food. So in my personal opinion, you should take it, but the diet might not work as well.

      2. Did you say one could replace the protein bar with a chocolate bar?
      Not at all. You can take these proteins either as a powder or as a bar. This is different from the normal chocolate you must eat during the week 1 menu. So it is not a replacement, it is an addition 🙂 Too much chocolate 🙂 !
