I would like to have a diet plan for myself. My weight is 59 kg. I practise sports 5 days a week. My height is 1m65.
I would like to loose 4 kg.
Hello Vanessa, I guess you could follow the every day diet, and calculate your food quantities according to your height. Also, Dr Delabos calculates your ideal weight on his website (in French though). So if you want I can calculate it for you. I just need the width of your wrist. The best tool to measure that is with a caliper. Looking forward to hear from you.
